Greetings Friends!Enjoy the Libra Astrology Newsletter for 2010!The Signs of the Times--The best news you've heard in awhile is that Mercury is out of retrograde. From the sources we've polled this Mercury retrograde was particularly harsh on everyone. The major impediment was not being able to move forward with new ideas and concepts--always one of the caveats when Mercury is in retrograde. Watch the way you spend money because Venus, ruler of love and money, will go retrograde at 13 degrees of Scorpio on October 8 and will go direct at 27 degrees of Libra on November 19. Just when you thought you could splurge on a muffin or a massage along comes the austere reminder of Venus in retrograde. This is a six week aspect, so make do with 'need to spend' only. Planets that are in retrograde are Jupiter in Pisces, Uranus in Pisces and Neptune in Aquarius. However, these planets do not cause the instant whammy that Mercury does. When Jupiter is in retrograde a lot of usual benefits from the expansion planet can be delayed. There is a Harvest Full Moon at 01 degree of Aries on September 23rd, which will affect Aries, Libra, Cancer and Capricorn. Full Moons let you know that something is coming to an end with opportunities to start a new project, relationship, job, or moving to a new home. There is a New Moon at 14 degrees of Libra on October 7 which again most benefits Libra, other Air Signs, Gemini and Aquarius and Fire Signs, Aries, Leo and Sagittarius. Always begin again under a New Moon. New Moon brings hope as well as help from the Cosmos. There is another Full Moon at 28 degrees of Aries on October 22. Aries, again, take notice of closing one door and opening of another. The general forecast for all signs is that the character of Libra must be dealt with and adhered to: being fair and even-handed; just in all our affairs and realizing that living is about all of us not just you. One warning is that making up your mind might be more difficult than you ordinarily do. Slow and deliberate is the hallmark of the Scales Sign, Libra.

FIRE SIGNS
ARIES (March 21 – April 20)--With two--count them--two Full Moons in your Sign this Solar Cycle, get ready to make some major redo in all areas of your life. If the job has run its course, call a good headhunter. If it is strife with your spouse, take an inventory and see your part before you flee. For speculators it ain't the best time to cast your nets or make too many cold calls on prospects. You may need a new lifeline or a completely different way to look at where you are.
LEO (July 22 –August 22)--The sound we hear is the roar of your inner Lion about to make its way through the Jungle of Life, hopefully leaving all whose lives you touch better for having known you. This Solar Cycle is a time for you to give until it works and to care that others need what you have, no matter how much has been taken away. Your eternal optimism and your faith in a Higher Power are about to get you the greatest joy ever--doing for others and watch the fruitful fallout for yourself.
SAGITTARIUS (November 22 – December 20)--You are closer than you think to finding what you were not looking for yet is right where you are standing. This is not a riddle, but life is like a jigsaw puzzle--all you need is two more pieces to unlock the sealed door or dig up lost treasure. If all of us were as equipped to get behind the occult in life as do you Archers we would all be closer to decoding mysteries that would reveal who we really are to ourselves. This month continue the journey of uncovering, discovering and discarding or keeping.
EARTH SIGNS
TAURUS (April 21 – May 20)--With your ruler, Venus, in Scorpio this month you better watch your P’s & Q's as well as your wallet's wellbeing. With this aspect to Venus you could find yourself in a scheme that turns into a scam or a promise that could never deliver on the terms it stated. When this planetary shakeup comes along it is best to stick to what you've got and not speculate to try to make up for lost revenue. 'Neither a borrower nor a lender be' could be your mantra until better transits come along.
VIRGO (August 23 – September 22)--I woke up this morning from a dream in which my mother, the late and greatest Virgo who ever touched my life, was its centerpiece. She was reminding me that Virgos need "to provide things honest in the sight of all men, women and children" and to remember always that "charity begins at home." Checking the astro-chart and checking it three more times I found that Virgos can choose to fly away, anywhere they so choose. You have been dutiful and diligent, and now it is time to go for what is your heart's desire.
CAPRICORN (December 21 – January 19)--You have not hit bedrock signaling to stop digging, that you have gone deep enough, rather it is time to see what are the internal disorders that need to be retooled and rethought. Yes, you are a one-man show and si, si, you are on the right road to success. It will take more time and patience to get what you are truly looking to find. Here is a hint: it is not more money or a better lover. It has more to do with becoming a better person and working on something that has no pay out except to be able to love.
AIR SIGNS
GEMINI (May 21 – June 20)--All lunations are favorable to you so make your mark while the iron is hot. Mercury retrograde nearly put you over the edge but now you are on firmer planetary ground, so you can be speculative and daring. The theme for you this month is to make sure what you want and go for it. Just when you think you are wasting your time, you bring in a gusher. Never forget to turn your will and your life over to the care of God and be reminded that He has a plan so stay out of his way.
LIBRA (September 23 – October 22)--There are so many twists and turns for you this solar cycle that one doesn't know where to start. Basically, with Saturn in Libra and two Full Moons opposing you this month you would do well to keep a low profile and deep six your credit cards. Stick with what you've got and let the rest of the daredevils have at it. One soothing bit of fall out is that you are soon going to know what relationships and what projects have run their course. Be open and receptive to change.
AQUARIUS (January 20 – February 17)--While everyone else is screaming that the sky is falling or that the world is ending, you know that the sky will always be up and that the world of illusion is ending and making way for a better one. Aquarians are soon going to know what it means to be ruled by the earthquake planet, Uranus and how it takes someone who sings in his or her own key to make us enjoy the symphony that is the better world with a care and concern for all God's chillun.
WATER SIGNS
CANCER (June 21 – July 22)--Whether you relate to Mother Earth or are in alignment with Father Flanagan, this is a super cycle for you Crabs, if you pick your best times with your heart in the right place. Venus and Mars in Scorpio are going to benefit you--just when you thought the financial avalanche was going to sweep your house away or when rumblings of discontent with your mate had thrown you for a loop, Jupiter and Uranus in Pisces reign on you to bless you. Take "yes" for an answer and thank G-d.
SCORPIO (October 23 – November 21)--With Mars and Venus co-joining the first week of October you should be ready to make your mark in whatever you have given all your time and attention. The delays you felt earlier this month and late August were Mercury snafus and holdbacks. As they say in the Indy 500, ladies and gentlemen, start your engines. Once you throw your energy into drive, never look back. The pay-offs may be delayed but the personal satisfaction will be so rewarding.
PISCES (February 18 – March 20)--Someone once wrote about Pisces, 'serve or suffer.' I am here to change your mantra to 'release to receive.' No sign has known the rigors of limitations like Fishes. When you decide that nothing is constant but change then you will change your ring tone and your reception signal to 'let you receive' all the blessings that God allows. With Jupiter and Uranus in your sign for a while longer you will begin to 'feel the earth move under your feet' and Johnny is calling your number: it is your turn and your time.
