The Piscean cycle from February 18 through March 19 benefits other Water Signs, Cancer and Scorpio and  Earth Signs, Taurus, Virgo and Capricorn. Mars will remain retrograde until March 11, which is giving fits to Leos and Aquarians. Saturn in Libra is also retrograde until May 31, which usually portends a lighter lesson load for Libra and Aries.

There is a Full Moon at 09 degrees of Virgo on February 28--caution for Virgos, Pisces as well as Sagittarians and Gemini. There is a New Moon at 25 degrees of Pisces on March 15th, beneficent to Pisces and other Water Signs, Cancer and Scorpio.

Daylight Saving Time begins early this year on March 14. If you are anywhere but Hawaii and Arizona--a couple of towns in Indiana--you set your clocks ahead one hour.

The general trend for the month is doubly fortuitous for Pisces specifically and Water Signs generally as Jupiter moved into Pisces January 18th where it will stay for a year. Make sure you have feet on the ground for all mystical and make-believe ideas and plans as Pisceans are famous for being the Zodiac dreamers.

FIRE SIGNS

ARIES (March 20 – April 19) With the sizzle from Mars in Leo and the burning embers from Neptune in Aquarius you should be near the end of reconstructing some of your old ideas that went the way of the economic meltdown over the last two years. Saturn is still opposing you from early degrees of Libra, but that can be a stabilizing thing. Count your blessings and continue to monitor some of your wild and wooly ideas.

LEO (July 22 – August 22) Mars in Leo has got you lions and lionesses stirred up and acting a bit daffy duck-like. This too-hot-to-handle planet has you boys and girls over-stimulated and hot under the collar. It can make you a bit cranky or worse. Most of us practice yoga postures and sit still and meditate for these kinds of transits from fiery Martian blow-back. The good news is that all this hot tin roof activity can drive you to journal--get it out of your head.

SAGITTARIUS (November 22 – December 20) Thank God from whom all blessings flow. Mars in Leo is making the lions and tigers nuts but the trine to Sag is giving you the gas in your tank and the get-up in your step to strike out for territories friendly and open to what you have to offer. Leave the deadwood where you found him or her and make this move alone. He (or she) travels best who travels alone.

EARTH SIGNS

TAURUS (April 20 – May 20) Feel free to drink from the creative waters of Pisces and bolster your long term plans under the solar and lunar aspects this Zodiac cycle. The one thing that will hold you in good stead now and forever is that you have a tendency to err on the side of caution. Although the economics seem to be stabilizing somewhat, continue to keep your ear to the ground like the Indian to get your intuitive signals for investment timing.

VIRGO (August 23 – September 22) Track the Full Moon in Virgo on February 28th for it might lead you to say, "Ta-ta, sayonara, good-bye, so long" to a person, place or thing--perhaps a job--that have run their course. After what you have survived with Saturn in Virgo for two and a half years you deserve to start over and go to any lengths to get to where you want to go. Don't forget to run it by God first.

CAPRICORN (December 21 – January 19) After those last eclipses in December and January you are back in business; free to go where the buffalo roam. What the universe did for you that you couldn't do for yourself was let the other person show his or her hand before you even opened your mouth to appeal. No sign can stand the cold dead of winter like a Goat. What is coming mid-March is a new opportunity with a new partner with deep pockets. Back to work--for better!

AIR SIGNS

GEMINI (May 21 – June 20) Want to know what it is time for you to do this Zodiac cycle?  If you were in a card game, I'd tell you to hold 'em. Play your cards close to the vest. Only do what will enhance your bottom line. There are going to be some surprises for you up ahead that money can't buy so practice patience and tolerance for ennui and the same old thing for awhile longer. The waiting room is not your favorite place.

LIBRA (September 23 – October 22) You might want to change playgrounds and playmates as you add 911 to your speed dial. Saturn is retrograde for a few months so while it is, you might want to rearrange the furniture and do an honest inventory of all the relationships in your life, especially lovers. There is better news than expected because the cycle you're under is going to give you more who you need in your life than who you deserve. As is your character, stay calm.

AQUARIUS (January 20 – February 17) The hypnotic allure of inspirational Neptune is soon to leave your Sign so make do with whatever that planet of mystery and make believe can do to make your life and your destiny better. With Mars in Leo opposing you for another month, the caution is similar to Leo's: you might be feeling that the deck is stacked against you. Not true. Blow away those worlds of appearances. You were the sign that taught us to live outside the box. You are still the Captain of your own Fate. Listen to you.

WATER SIGNS 

CANCER (June 21 – July 21) The Full and New Moon are going to benefit you big time this month so get ready to roll the cameras. Get your speech down pat because you still have a few people to convince that they ought to follow your platform. We grew up knowing that Father Knows Best, but Momma could teach Father a new thing or two about how to balance the budget and live on more but pay less. For those looking for a career boost, get ready to climb the ladder.

SCORPIO (October 23 – November 21) Since you have been languishing in Purgatory for a few months get ready for a Get Out of Jail card because with all the planets and Full and New Moons you are getting ready to break dance. The quality that sees you through the darkest hours is your capacity to survive to thrive. The silver lining in the skyline for you right now is to make a dash for the finish line. Nothing can stop you now.

PISCES (February 18 – March 19) Since you are the Fish of the Zodiac, swim anywhere your heart desires--upstream, downstream or tread water. With Jupiter in Pisces for a year, you should see all your dreams come true--but may I add let those great ideas support you in a practical way? Uranus is still in Pisces for awhile so continue to determine whether that earth moving beneath your feet is a sign to pull up stakes and change your zip code or head for cover.
