Greetings Friends!Enjoy the Cancer Newsletter for 2011!Signs of the Times--The Sun goes into the Sign of Cancer June 21 until July 22. COSMIC HIGH ALERT!! More challenging times ahead for the USA. This is a clarion call for courageous leaders to put this nation on a firmer financial foundation. It means that we are all going to have to sacrifice, do our part, to right the listing ship that is our country. The general nature of the Sign of Cancer, which is the birth sign of the United States of America, is to pursue their rather definite goals in secretive or unconscious ways. They often appear hard and insensitive on the outside, yet they are soft and vulnerable within. Cancers are evasive, always sidestepping, preferring not to confront anything too directly. Cancer has the most erratic mood swings of all the birth signs. Does this sound like us as a republic? The final wake-up call this year will be a Solar Eclipse New Moon on July 1 at 09 degrees of Cancer. This is such a powerful eclipse because it is within three days of conjuncting the birth date of our country, the 4th of July. Solar Eclipses are so impacting that we may be in for another wild ride in the Stock market, more downturns in housing and the job market--and the stimulus package that Congress passed in 2009 will not have helped us get off the economic rollercoaster ride. More positive outcomes for Pisces, Scorpio and Taurus, Virgo and Capricorn. Fasten your seatbelts all birth signs!! There is a Full Moon at 22 degrees of Capricorn on July 14. Being affected is not only Capricorn but Taurus and Virgo; Pisces, Cancer and Scorpio. The Full Moon portends the end of significant parts of one's life, and in the case of this full moon, the stars are telling us we need a different construct for how to move forward with the economic rehabilitation of the United States of America. Uranus will join Neptune and Pluto by going retrograde July 9th, which will cause a lot of turmoil to abate somewhat. From my point of view, all of us must begin to face the reality that we created the looming darker clouds of economic disaster. Continue to change you, and your world will become Lighter and less troubled.

ARIES (March 21 – April 20)--Uranus, which denotes sudden changes and oftentimes the earthquake effect, will be in the Sign of the Ram for many more years so adjust to the need for internal revolution and a new set of paradigms. Uranus also has an element of intuition and you sure could use better hunches and insights than you ordinarily display. If you can bide your time in this Cancer cycle, in a month you will be better able to spread your wings and go where that inner guidance can be put to better. Also, practice specific acts of kindness. It works! LEO (July 22 – August 22)--Since the Sun is your ruling planet you are going to have to withstand the shake, rattle and toll that synergy is taking on your next-door neighbor in the Zodiac. The Stock Market has now become your worst nightmare--nobody likes to roll the dice quite like you lions and lionesses. If I had your luck of the draw I would stand pat this solar cycle. If your hand looks too weak to play, fold. Wait for the sunshine to move into Leo in a month. Take a vacation you can afford and don't forget to tithe and tip, at least 10 and 20%, respectively. SAGITTARIUS (November 22 – December 20)--Your isms and doctrines are changing faster than the speed of light and might. Just when you think you can throw in your lot with a group or a church, the big shot with the mojo takes a turn that rankles you. The answer to this dilemma is to take a deep nose-dive inward to check in with yourself. Astrologically, we are arriving at the waiting room of the Great Shift in Consciousness and that means that all the egomaniacs that preached and raked in the big bucks without consideration of the "It's all about all of us" philosophy will fall like flies. Examine your authorities and then make the God within you the Boss. |

TAURUS (April 21 – May 20)--Gosh, you Venus-ruled Bulls, there have been so many personal planets in your sun sign that you must have felt like Midas--everything you touched turn to 24-carat glistening gold. You are still on an exciting bus ride (the destination is never the goal) that can fulfill all your hopes, wishes and dreams. Watch what you pray for because soon you will have a grand mystery revealed: "What's it all about , Alfie?" It and you are not quite who and what you thought when you got on the trolley car. VIRGO (August 23 – September 22)--For once in your life your critical nature may hold you in good stead. You can thank God you have not been swept away by the floods, blown to kingdom-come by a wind funnel or burned out of house and home by raging wildfires. What this month is asking you to do is give to the less fortunate and as Billy Joel used to twang, 'laugh with the sinners and cry with the saints.' This is not the time of the apocalypse--yet--but you can make-do with what you have and take advantage of any mark-downs but stay away from anything that is too good to be true. CAPRICORN (December 21 – January 19)--As they say in the Great Hall of Astrophysics, you can expect more of the same from the stars, that you've been getting. No one is as slow and as deliberate as you Goats. Yet when someone tells you to 'pick up pace', the architect in you gets cranky. Just when the gathering crowd insists they need the latest Capricorn widget sooner than later, tell them to back off. You live and breathe and succeed because you are not on someone else's timetable. Keep to your schedule and tell naysayers to butt-out. (Don't you feel better already?) |

GEMINI (May 21 – June 20)--With the Solar Eclipse New Moon on June 1, you have landed on your feet and are happier than a pig in the proverbial mud. Now becomes the 'grow or go' part of the play you wrote yourself into. Don't forget where you've been because what you learned will cause a growth spurt where you are now. Uranus in Aries for a few more years will give you just enough wind and momentum to keep your kite in the air. And when it is time to make some strategic changes, be the early bird and make the alterations sooner than later. The next six months are going to be a piece of cake with no-fat, no-sugar but very tasty! LIBRA (September 23 – October 23)--The only consolation for you, with Saturn sitting like the Foo bird on top of you, being squared by Pluto in Capricorn and then along comes Uranus in Aries to oppose you is to cling to your relationship with a power greater than yourself. You can't win for trying, but all signs have their time in the barrel. Not all is lost. Take a cold hard look at marriage and other partnerships and see if they are worth the cost of maintenance. If not, call a good divorce lawyer or mediator and cut your losses. We are born alone and sometimes staying by ourselves beats the alternative. AQUARIUS (January 20 – February 17)--I don't know about you but when the planet, Uranus came storming into the hot-to-trot sign of Aries, my Jupiter in Aquarius knew to start my engine and get out my "outside the box" road map. If there is any sign born to be a harbinger of the old New Age, it is you Water Bearers. You never listen to anybody else, for a good reason. If you keep your motto, 'I am my brother's keeper" tattooed on your forehead you will get to where you need to go. The problem is that you are so darn caring that you let too many of the riff-raff in. Close the door and wait for the cosmic signal. |

CANCER (June 21 – July 21)--there is some good news and some not-so-great news. If you want to pull up stakes and transplant yourself either with your homestead or career, don't wait another minute to revamp your resume or rehab the house for a quick sale. Those of you who can't seem to make up your mind, you might become victim to inertia. You will definitely know major shifts in your life, and it is not an earthquake, although before you relocate you will swear you are on the San Andreas fault. SCORPIO (October 24 – November 21)--If you have decided that the secret society of one is stifling, make plans to open the club up to the ones with whom you jive and widen your horizons. You have been on a push-pull merry-go-round for months. Call a powwow and let the new members know the new rules of the game. Plan carefully and by the time of your birth day in late October--most of November--you will be higher than a kite without the booze or bennies. You'll look back on this year as 365 days of a D-Day effect! PISCES (February 19 – March 20)--Neptune, your ruling planet, just made its grand entrance into your Sun Sign, Pisces. Now the good news is that your dreams can all come true in spades, but the reality is that you still have to slave and toil to make them materialize. Start with your tendency to overspend and close all revolving credit cards except one. Live on what you make and then when you do the footwork answer the rap at the door of opportunity because it will be your Guardian Angel to take you to the amazingly wonderland part of the forest. If you can make heaven come to earth, and it's possible, don't forget your source and never forget to share. |
